How do I reset my password on the Info-Tech cloud portal?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email or mobile number
and click "Send." You'll receive an email or SMS with a reset link. Follow the instructions to set a new
password and regain access to the portal.
How can I view my payslips in the Info-Tech mobile app?
On the Home screen of the app, tap the "Payslip" icon. You can then browse your payslips
by month and year. If a specific payslip is missing, contact your HR team they may need to publish it for
you.
How do I re-register my face for facial recognition?
Contact your HR team to remove your existing face data from the system. Once removed,
you can re-register your face using the mobile app in a well-lit area with a clear background.
How do I clock in or out using the mobile app?
Tap the "Attendance" icon on the Home screen. Choose your job location from the dropdown
list. If required, take a selfie by tapping the camera icon, then press "Clock My Time."
How do I apply for leave using the mobile app?
Tap the "Leave" icon from the Home screen and select "Apply Leave." Choose your leave
type, fill in the details, and click "Apply." Your request will be sent to your manager for approval.
Can I change the language of the Info-Tech mobile app?
Yes. Tap the "Settings" icon at the bottom right, then select "Change Language." You can
switch between English, Malay, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. The app will refresh
automatically in the selected language.
Can I update my personal details using the app?
Yes. Go to the "Profile" icon and tap "Edit" or "Add" to update your personal
information. Once submitted, your changes will be routed to HR for approval. After approval, the updated
info will reflect in your app.
What should I do if my job location isn't listed in the attendance app?
Please contact your HR department. They will need to update your work location settings in
the system.
Why is my location not detected accurately in the app?
The app uses Google Maps via your phone's GPS. Accuracy may drop indoors. Move to an
open area or ensure your location settings are active for better results.
Why am I not receiving emails from the system?
There may be an issue with your organisation's email server or spam filters. Please get
your HR or IT team to check the configuration.
