Refer and Earn Terms

• The referring individual from Info-Tech client can refer a potential customers by submitting the referral form available on the Info-Tech website or Info-Tech HRMS mobile app or by sending in their interest in an email to the Info-Tech marketing team directly at [email protected].
• The referral must not be an existing Info-Tech client or have been in discussions with Info-Tech within 30 days of the referral form submission date.
• This program is only valid for businesses operating in Malaysia. However, Info-Tech may consider referrals from other countries, on a case-to-case basis at Info-Tech’s discretion. If Info-Tech accepts a referral for a company operating outside of Malaysia, Info-Tech may pass it to the relevant Info-Tech entity operating in that region. In such case, the referral commission will be handled and paid by that local entity, subject to their applicable terms and local laws.
• For the purpose of this Refer and Earn program, a referral will be deemed invalid if the referring individual:-
  • Holds any ownership interest, directorship, partnership, employment, consultancy, or advisory role in the referred entity;
  • Has the authority to directly or indirectly make, approve, or influence purchasing, contracting, or onboarding decisions within the referred entity;
  • Is in a position to recommend, propose, endorse, or otherwise influence the referred entity’s management or decision-makers in relation to engaging products or services;
  • Acts as an intermediary, agent, employee, or representative of the referred entity in any capacity related to the transaction; or
  • Abuse or misuse this refer and earn program including but not limited to self-referrals, creation of fake or duplicate accounts, submission of false or misleading information, or any action intended to manipulate or unfairly benefit from this program.
• The referral will only be valid for 180 days from the day the referral form is submitted to Info-Tech. If the complete subscription payment has not been made to Info-Tech within 180 days from the initial referral form submission, the referral will be invalid.
• Upon full subscription payment by a valid referral, the referring individual from the Info-Tech client will receive the “Reward” of 10% commission of the total software subscription purchased by the referred business.
• The Reward will be awarded and transferred to the referring individual’s bank account.
• The referring individual will be notified of the Reward via email or other communication channels provided.
• Upon the referring individual’s submission of referral, you confirm that the referred entity has agreed to be contacted by Info-Tech and all necessary consents have been obtained by you for all personal data involved.
• If the referral cancels and asks for a refund, Info-Tech may adjust, withhold, or reclaim the Reward.
• The referring individual will be responsible for any applicable tax related to the Reward.
• In the event of multiple referrals for the same business, the first valid referral submitted will be eligible for the Reward.
• Participation in this refer and earn program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Info-Tech.

By participating in the Refer & Earn Program, the referring individual agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. This Refer and Earn Program terms is issued in both English and Malay. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. Info-Tech may update these terms from time to time. Info-Tech also reserves the right to decline any referrals or withhold the Reward for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation. All decisions made by Info-Tech are final.
