Info-Tech, a leading provider of cloud-based HRMS and Accounting software solutions, further solidified its partnership with Multimedia University (MMU) through a comprehensive Industrial Handshake Program (IHP) held on 28th June at the MMU Melaka campus.
Building upon a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in June 2022, this marks the second year of conducting this program in collaboration with MMU. The partnership sees that Info-Tech has been integrated into the curriculum, allowing students to gain practical knowledge of HRMS functionality. As part of their final assessment, students formed groups of 3-5 and conducted surveys with actual Info-Tech clients. This gave them a deeper understanding of the real-world impact of HRMS on business operations.
Dedicated software trainers from Info-Tech headquarters in Kuala Lumpur travelled to Melaka to judge the student presentations. Dean Dr. Siti and lecturers Dr. Cheah and Dr Afandi warmly welcomed them. Each presentation highlighted customer feedback on their experiences using Info-Tech’s HRMS and innovative suggestions for improvement and enhanced user satisfaction.
